Project Vision
The customer had a big vision for the backyard. They wanted to extend their existing deck by over 800 square feet. They wanted a liveable space – a little oasis where they could sit and hang out. They requested a private area under the deck for their Jacuzzi. The idea was to have multiple destinations for different occasions that included a shaded area tucked away under the gazebo, a covered and dry living area under the deck, a fire pit extended into the yard and a cozy sitting area accessed by a walk bridge.
From Vision To Reality
The project required the removal of 50 yards of soils and the addition of over 90 tons of aggregate base materials for the patio and hardscapes. There was a delay awaiting for the Struxures gazebo to be manufactured and installed. Considerable care was taken to ensure the decking and railing matched up seamlessly to the existing deck.

The view at night with elegant sconces, walkway embedded lights, hardscape and post lights is simply stunning. There is a destination for every occasion and a location for every flavor of wine.
