From Vision to Reality
A 14ft opening was created to the existing house for the installation of the accordion panel door. Structural ridge beams were used to maximize the interior ceiling height. EZ Breeze windows were installed that provide floor to ceiling visibility and provide ¾ screen area when opened. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring was used to provide a beautiful finished look. Infrared heaters provide instant heat due to the benefits of Infrared heating.
Headline
The new sunroom provides a panoramic view of the backyard and woods behind the house. The accordion doors open to invite the outside into the home and to brighten the entire space. We created a warm, comfortable environment for cool weather and an outdoor experience with ¾ screen in the warmer months. It is truly a four-season outdoor experience.
Client Testimonial
I contracted with KP Contracting, LLC, to construct an enclosed second-story sundeck for my home. I can state emphatically that I could not be more satisfied with the KP team’s superior planning, pricing, and performance. They engaged me at every project step to ensure that it met my original expectations and those that evolved as the project progressed. I especially want to recognize Micah Busbee, the project general manager, and Geremias, the framing crew leader who brought my vision to life. I have had many projects done over the years by multiple contractors, but I would have to say that KP Contracting performed at the top of that long list. Getting what you pay for is satisfying, but getting even more than you initially expected is even more satisfying. Thanks, guys. I’ll reach out to you about the next project I need to complete.
