Project Vision
The customer requested a reside oasis with a re pit area for cool days, a dry retreat and outdoor area to relax under their deck to watch TV, a patio space with sitting walls sufcient to entertain guests and provide access to the second story deck and a sidewalk to provide access from the front. Accent hardscape lighting required throughout.

From Vision to Reality
The project required a considerable amount of soil to be removed in order to remove all the top soil / grass from under the area to be paved. Approximately 70 tons of base material was moved and placed to provide a proper foundation.
The job required precision laser level work to ensure all the elevations were properly matched. ZipUp underdecking panels with gutters were used to create a dry room under the deck to watch TV and to enjoy the outdoors even during inclement weather. Electric and a ceiling fan was installed for comfort and use of electronics.
A Fireside Oasis
The customer now has a covered, dry outdoor retreat and a gorgeous oasis for entertaining or just enjoying the outdoors alone. The space provides all the amenities necessary to entertain year round and into the night.
