I’m Phil, an electrical engineer by degree, who spent 17 years working with the Department of Defense, leading teams that developed cutting-edge systems for Naval Aviation. While the work was important, I often felt trapped in the tangle of bureaucracy. I longed to step away from government walls and make a more direct and personal impact on the world around me.
In 2012, my wife Karen and I took a leap of faith and founded what is now KP Homescapes. It started as a dream to build something meaningful—something that would inspire pride in our crew, bring joy to our clients, and enhance the lives of the families we served.
