Micah is the main point of contact for clients once construction begins on KP Homescapes’ deck, porch, and sunroom builds. He works directly with framing crews to manage material logistics, keep schedules on track, and solve problems in real time out on site.
As a structural framing specialist, Micah is a NADRA Certified Deck Inspector and serves as KP Homescapes’ internal administrator for the lifetime workmanship warranty. He runs safety checklists and structural integrity checks before any project gets final sign-off. One project stands out above the rest: leading the build of a custom deck and wheelchair ramp that KP Homescapes provided free of charge for a local family, giving a young girl in a wheelchair safe access to her own home.
Born and raised in Accokeek, Maryland, Micah has deep roots in Prince George’s County, having grown up in the same community he serves today. He played soccer from childhood into adulthood and developed a team-first mindset that stuck with him. In his free time, he plays golf and finds peace out on the water fishing.
