Kola tracks KP Homescapes projects as they near completion, coordinating trade partners to make sure the finished build matches what the homeowner envisioned. His focus is on sunrooms and custom porches, where details like millwork, recessed lighting, and custom trim require close attention.
He brings three and a half years of residential new-construction supervision and three and a half years of outdoor home-improvement sales experience, backed by NADRA Certified credentials. His approach is straightforward: verify the work, communicate openly, and don’t assume anything, which keeps miscommunication low and outcomes predictable.
Born in Nigeria and raised in Namibia, Kola has called Maryland home for more than 21 years, living just ten minutes outside D.C., where his family is settled. A father to a four-year-old son and soon-to-be married, family at the center of everything he does. In his spare time, he’s a tech enthusiast who builds custom PCs and games, a hobby he’s excited to pass down to his son.
