Betty Pimm

Pre-Planning Project Manager

Betty manages every KP Homescapes project through the municipal permitting and HOA approval process, starting the moment a contract is signed. She came to construction from a background in high-volume auto body shop management and applies that same disciplined scheduling experience to clearing permitting hurdles efficiently. As the company’s primary point of contact with county permitting offices, she works directly with the engineering team, county reviewers, and HOA architectural review boards to keep every project’s paperwork and scope clearly defined.

Betty is a NADRA Certified Deck Inspector and has experience representing homeowners at zoning variance hearings and through Homeowner Minor Amendment requests, often attending county hearings on clients’ behalf. She’s also expanding into project budget management. Her approach to a process that can be confusing for homeowners is straightforward: patience and keeping people informed rather than leaving them guessing.

A Charles County native, Betty returned home after her twenties spent living elsewhere, drawn back by deep community ties and lifelong friendships. At home, she’s built a space filled with houseplants, an aquarium, a dog, two cats, and an eclectic collection of art. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and fishing with her boyfriend and his daughter.
